If you are returning a product purchased from this site, it must be in new i.e. in unused or unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached. The return or exchange of the purchased items must be done within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you are returning the product and it meets all the criteria above, then a credit note will be issued for the same amount as the price paid for the item(s), excluding the amount paid for postage.
If you are exchanging an item, please contact us at info@pawsitivelypets.co.nz with what you would like to exchange for before sending the original items, to ensure that we have what you want in stock.
We stand by all our products and check that it is in perfect condition before we post it out to you; therefore it is highly unlikely that you would receive any faulty merchandise. However, if you do receive a faulty item, please e-mail us at info@pawsitivelypets.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the items and we can either replace exchange or refund the item for you.
All postage within New Zealand will be posted using Courier Post which includes Track & Trace and Signature to ensure that your parcel arrives to you safely and promptly. Due to the nature that a signature is required for your parcel, please supply physical address instead of PO Boxes when possible.
For postage Pawsitively Ltd charges a flat rate of $4.50 NZ nationwide for up to five items that you order under the same postal address. Each additional five items will be charged a further $4.50 flat fee.
For delivery outside New Zealand international couriers are used and we have a flat rate of $9.50 for our Australian & Pacific Island neighbours as well as flat fee options for the Americas and Europe.
Our site is fully secured using the latest 'eBiz Secure certified by the Bank of New Zealand' up to 264-bit secure encryption technology to process payment information.
All your private details will not be disclosed, sold or leased to any other irrelevant parties and will not be used for any other purpose other than processing your order and keeping you informed of what is available on this site.
