1. I don't have a credit card; can I still shop at Pawsitively Ltd?
The most convenient way to shop at Pawsitively is to place items in the cart online and pay by Visa / MasterCard through our '100% eBiz Secure certified by the Bank of New Zealand' payment pages. However if you do not have access to a credit card you can contact us sales@pawsitivelypets.co.nz to place an order and pay by cheque. It takes five working days for a cheque to clear before the order will be dispatched. Alternatively contact us on the above email address and we can send through our banking details if you wish to use internet banking.
2. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa / MasterCard credit cards.
If you are paying by cheque, please make the payment to: Pawsitively Ltd and allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. Contact us to make an internet deposit.
3. How is this website secured?
Pawsitively Ltd uses '100% eBiz Secure certified by the Bank of New Zealand' which offers comprehensive authentication procedures (domain name and identity verification). It also offers up to 256-bit encryption. This ensures that information is kept private while in transit between our web server and our clients' web browsers. Pawsitively Ltd does not retain or store your credit card number.

4. Can I return an item?
We stand by all our products and check they are in perfect condition before we post it out to you; therefore it is highly unlikely that you would receive any faulty merchandise. However, if you do receive a faulty item, please e-mail us at sales@pawsitivelypets.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the items and we can either replace exchange or refund the item for you. However, if you simply change your mind, please contact us and we are happy to exchange the item for you.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If an item is in stock we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. During busy periods; for example the run up to Christmas it may take up to a week.
6. What are your post and packaging charges?
We only charge you a low flat fee New Zealand wide of $4.50 & Australia wide $9.50, for up to five items per order per address. Free delivery anywhere in NZ with orders over $50 & free delivery anywhere in Australia with orders over $60. Please see our courier option within our shopping cart. A fair use policy applies.
7. Do you deliver to my country?
Yes we deliver worldwide – Please contact us regarding postage charges to you. We have a flat fee per worldwide zone. Please see courier options within our shopping cart. A fair use policy applies.
8. What size should I buy for my pet?
We understand that pets come in all shapes and sizes (as do our products!) so sometimes it’s hard to choose. If you're unsure about our sizing or have any questions about our products please contact us info@pawsitivelypets.co.nz and we will be happy to assist you.
9. How do I measure my pet?
Make sure your pet is standing up straight and measure from the base of the neck to the tip of the tail. If your pet is overweight, has a stout build of a deep chest we recommend going up a minimum of one size. If your pet is long backed e.g. like a dachshund a smaller size is recommended. 10. Do you wholesale?
Yes, we do provide wholesale pricing to tax registered organisations.
